Karen Tandy Design wins LADWP Community Impact Award
With rebate in hand, the challenge was to transform a water thirsty turf lawn into a lush “English Garden” landscape while adhering to the drought tolerant standards. The brick wall was opened and steps were added to create a welcoming entrance. Texture, color, and a new edible walkway resulted.
